VoIP Phone service works similar to a regular phone line except that it uses any high speed internet connection, costs much less than regular phone service and includes many features.
Please complete within Adobe Acrobat Reader (via Tools –> Fill & Sign) and email, fax or bring the completed application into our office. If you don’t have Acrobat Reader installed, Download Acrobat Reader.
Note: The basic phone service (above) can be used in both residential and business locations. Standard (non-IP) phones are used with this service and must be supplied by customer.
Note: IP phones are required for the Advance VOIP Service. The phones can be purchased from Apexia Voice and Data or customer may supply their own phones. Please contact us support@apexia.ca for more information.
